I am a Real Estate and business professional. I offer personal attention to my clients, from beginning to end, in all types of Buyer Representation transactions including commercial (retail, office) residential and Luxury estate, and land properties. My goal is to help you find your dream home, or make your sale a pleasant experience. I have been helping buyers and sellers since 2000. I have grown over the years with experience and education. I am now part of the Move Smart Group with my partner Lisa Inman. Together we have closed over 200 million since 2020.

I am licensed in Illinois and Florida. I service the Central Illinois area including Peoria and Bloomington surroundings. I am part of the RMLS and MREA local associations. I am servicing the South Gulf Coast area Cape Coral, Punta Gorda, Fort Myers, and Fort Myers Beach area. I hold my license with Lahaina Realty-ERA on Fort Myers Beach and I am part of the Florida Gulf Coast MLS.

I also hold certifications including C2EX, GRI, Certified Residential Specialist, Short Sale-Foreclosure Specialist, and Certification New Construction Specialist.
